This was my first week back to school and it was surprisingly better than I thought! I really enjoy all of my classes and it was good to see all the girls again.
This weekend was my husband's huge test that we have been stressing and anticipating this whole summer and finally we know he has past and we will be financially stable for the rest of the year. This had a huge toll on me and my attitude towards this next year so I'm happy to report that good things do come to those who wait.
School was good this week I was able to teach my first TA Lab and able to fresh my clinical skills. It was funny how foreign everything has become, I struggled with the pattern and process of how to hold an instrument and how to begin my cleaning. LA Lab was very nerve racking because I have never pictured myself numbing a patient. I can't lie I was very nervous to start talking about the whole process but Dr. Hanson and Dr. Naylor were flawless. They had us inject chicken legs and feel how aspirating and penetration would most likely feel with the patient. It was extremely fun and I think it helped to calm my fears. LOL being in the dental hygiene program has made me proud to say that I have stuck it out. I'm sure I will have difficult times to come but I'm glad to be married and focus more on the big exams this year. I am having a difficult time getting organized this year because I think I'm really nervous for things to come but I hope I will get back into the groove shortly.
I guess we'll see how I feel week 2 lol Peace out
Yeah, getting married just kind of stabilizes your life huh? It is nice. You have some one to help you all the time, when you need it. :) Congrats to Nate on passing the big test!
