Well I woke up to a very blustery day that turned into a really a really frightful day when I started riding the schedule to school for clinic. Trees were rocking, doors were locked, and I almost flew right off the stairs as I was clumsily making my way to the building. It then got scary! the roof was flying off knocking up cars, patients were struggling to come in, it was with wonder we all waiting for the school to get their act together and call a code purple.
After I was safe inside things started to look up for me :) My patient showed up, I was sad that she drove that scary drive but very grateful to see her. I used my brand new loupes! I gave 4 injections, finished my class 3 patient passed all my PE's and got off school early. :) I went home on the shuttle grateful my car was in SLC and not scratched, found out my power was out and decided to call some friends and go out to lunch. After a good laugh and catching up at lunch we decided to go shopping after that, where I bought the best present for my husband for Christmas! He He He so the wind day was actually not too bad on my part but we did have to brave the night without power... that wasn't the best but it was a good excuse to go and hang out at a friends house until late :) So I guess it was kind of a nice way to end the semester. Now I just hope I can pass my exams!!! Yikes
